1. Cancellations will be accepted up to 6 hours before scheduled readings. No shows or cancellations After the 6 hours will not be rescheduled or refunded.

2. If I have to reschedule your reading for any reason, I will contact You via email to find a mutually agreed upon date.

3. I will only attempt to reschedule your reading twice. If you fail to response or set a date then you will not be reschedule and no refund will be given.
